Returns Policy

Please read our Returns Policy carefully

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Goods Exempt From Returns

  • Perishable goods.
  • Intimate good or worn clothing.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale or discounted goods.
  • Damaged or used goods.
  • Gift cards or downloadable products.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (at our own discretion).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1.Check your bank account again.

2.Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund posts.

3.Reach out to your bank, as processing time may also delay the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@scaffsuk.co.uk and send the item to the address provided.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you after the return is processed.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Information

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
  • A tracking number will be sent to you after processing, allowing you to track your order.
  • We currently do not ship internationally.
